Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders of in-stock items received before 12pm will be shipped on the same or next working day*. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the following working day. Bespoke items may take up to 7 days for dispatch. Delivery times will depend on the shipping service. Orders are sent out using Royal Mail services (orders under 2kg). Please note our website will default to shipping addresses input on our website over an address listed on PayPal.
Note: Owing to current circumstances at Royal Mail we are aware that some customers may be experiencing delayed deliveries. We apologise for any inconvenience. Orders placed after 3pm 15th December cannot be guaranteed for delivery before Christmas.
* Working days are Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm (3pm on a Friday). We are unable to process orders or enquiries on weekends or UK Bank Holidays.
Note: The delivery rates below apply to retail customers only. Trade orders are dispatched using Fedex services whose territories are slightly different to Royal Mail. Trade customers can contact [email protected] for a delivery estimate or use the online postage calculator when logged into their trade account. Fedex deliveries are not guaranteed next day.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES: Please note that if you are ordering from outside of the EU import charges may be applied to your order. It is the buyer’s responsibility for any custom duties that may be charged upon delivery. How the import duty will be charged may vary depending on each country’s own custom policies. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: International deliveries may take between 7 – 21 working days. Items are not considered ‘lost’ until after 3 weeks.
Deliveries over 2kg or to Rest of World
In the event of a customer wishing to returns any item (s) they should first notify PJ & RHS Ltd of the fault and to obtain a goods return number. 01278 723360 or [email protected]. PJ & RHS Ltd accepts no responsibility for goods not reaching our premises; only use a reliable traceable method for returning goods and the cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure all date and labels are intact, if any code or date labels are missing or defaced all warranties are deemed null and void. All goods must be packaged correctly as PJ & RHS Ltd cannot accept responsibility for goods damaged in transit. After firstly testing, all guaranteed goods will be either repaired or replaced. If the item has less than 3 months warranty remaining, at our discretion a refund of the original price paid may be made proportional to the balance of the outstanding warranty. Items found after testing or checking not to be faulty or to have suffered physical abuse, will only be returned at the customers’ expense and will incur our normal carriage charges. All options are at the discretion of PJ & RHS Ltd and the cost of returning repaired or replaced items will be met by PJ & RHS Ltd.

Sale and clearance items once ordered may not be cancelled and have a 7 day out of box warranty only.
Bespoke items and items made to order may not be returned unless they are found to be faulty.
Good stock, unwanted and incorrectly ordered items, may only be returned for credit if the item is unopened, unused and in its original packaging and within 14 days of original invoice from PJ & RHS Ltd. A 20% restocking fee will apply for all such goods.
